Sept 15 (Reuters) - Dividend Sweden AB (publ)  DIVIb.NGM : 
    * Has agreed with Nickel Mountain Resources to assist in share issue to diversify 
shareholder base in Nickel Mountain Resources 
    * Says shareholders in Dividend Sweden, together with shareholders in Archelon AB 
 ALONb.ST , will in first place be assigned shares in coming share issue in Nickel Mountain 
Resources 
    * Subscription price in Nickel Mountain Resources' share issue is 0.40 Swedish crowns 
providing company with proceeds of about 10.7 million Swedish crowns ($1.26 million) 
    * Nickel Mountain Resources to apply for listing on NGM Nordic MTF
